As a Calendly Owner or Admin, you can use these steps to disable or delete your SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration. SAML SSO lets users log in to Calendly through your identity provider (IdP) — the external service that manages your company's user credentials, such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.

  • Disable: Turns off SAML SSO and SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management — the protocol that automatically syncs user accounts between your IdP and Calendly) for all users, but keeps your configuration saved. You can re-enable it at any time.
  • Delete: Turns off SAML SSO and SCIM and permanently removes your SAML and SCIM configuration. To set it up again, you'll need to re-enter details from your IdP.

Disable SAML SSO

  1. Go to the Admin Center.
  2. Under Organization, select Login.
  3. Select Single sign-on.
  4. Under Step 3: Enforce for your organization, toggle off Enforce SAML SSO for my organization. If you'd like to enable SSO again, you can toggle it on.
  5. Select Yes to confirm.

Delete your SAML SSO configuration

  1. Go to the Admin Center.
  2. Under Organization, select Login.
  3. Select Single sign-on.
  4. Select Delete SAML SSO configuration.
  5. Select Yes to confirm.

After you disable or delete your configuration

When users log in to Calendly again, they'll be prompted to use their original login method (such as Google OAuth). If a member didn’t have a previous login method, they can select send me a recovery email to create a new password and log in.
