How to customize your scheduling page links
Your scheduling links are how people get to your Calendly booking pages. Customizing them makes your links easier to remember and more aligned with your brand.
When you change a link, old links stop working. Be sure to share or embed the new links.
Change the link for your landing page
- Select your profile picture in the top-right corner and choose My Link.
- Change your link.
- Select Save Changes.
Change the link for an event type scheduling page
- Go to the Scheduling page.
- (Optional) Open the My Calendly dropdown to switch to another user or team page.
- Choose the event type and select More options from the bottom of the editor.
- Expand the Booking page options section and edit your event slug.
- Select Save changes.
Note
Shared Event Types use an automatically generated URL that can’t be customized.
For example, a shared event type may use a link like: calendly.com/d/abc123/15-minute-meeting.
If you need to customize the event URL, consider creating a Team Event Type instead.
What happens to my old booking page link if I change it?
When you change your booking page link, the previous URL stops working. Old links do not redirect.
To make the original link work again, edit the event type and change the link back to its previous text.
If you’re keeping the new link, make sure any emails, website links, QR codes, or printed materials are updated to match your current link.
