Calendly offers six plans to fit different scheduling needs:

  • Free — Basic tools for individuals
  • Standard — Advanced scheduling for individuals and small teams
  • Standard Plus — Standard features plus AI meeting management
  • Teams — Team scheduling, lead routing, and admin controls
  • Teams Plus — Teams features plus AI meeting management
  • Enterprise — Security, compliance, and dedicated support for large organizations

Each Calendly plan builds on the one before it: the Standard plan includes Free features, the Standard Plus plan includes Standard features, the Teams plan includes Standard features, and the Teams Plus plan includes Teams features, and the Enterprise plan includes Teams features. The Free plan is best for individuals with simple scheduling needs. With the Free plan, you can:

Choose the Free plan if you only need to schedule one type of meeting and don't require integrations beyond your calendar.

What's included in the Standard plan?

The Standard plan is best for individuals or small teams who need advanced scheduling options. With the Standard plan, you can:

Choose the Standard plan if you need multiple event types, calendar integrations, or workflow automation but don't yet need team-level lead routing or admin controls.

What's included in the Standard Plus plan?

The Standard Plus plan is best for individuals who want AI-powered meeting management alongside advanced scheduling. Standard Plus includes all Standard features, plus:

  • Unlimited Notetaker access — Automatic meeting recaps with decisions and action items
  • Callie AI assistant — Coordinate scheduling over email by adding callie@calendly.com to messages
  • Ask Callie in Calendly — Ask questions about your meetings and get answers based on your meeting history
  • Recaps with searchable meeting details — Keep organized records and share them easily

Choose the Standard Plus plan if you want to save time on meeting follow-up and get AI meeting context without switching tools.

The Teams Plus plan is built for teams who want powerful automation, lead routing, admin controls, and AI meeting management. Teams Plus includes all Teams features, plus:

  • Unlimited Notetaker access — Automatic meeting recaps for every team meeting
  • Callie AI assistant — Coordinate scheduling over email and ask questions about meetings
  • Team meeting context — Keep your whole team aligned with shared meeting recaps and action items
  • Pre-drafted follow-ups — Get a head start on next steps from Callie

Choose the Teams Plus plan if your team needs lead routing and team automation plus AI tools to reduce meeting admin work.

Teams and Teams Plus tiered pricing (annual plans)

Both Teams and Teams Plus offer tiered pricing on annual subscriptions: as your team grows beyond 30 seats, the average price per seat automatically goes down. The first 30 seats remain at the same price. Teams Plus pricing is $8 more per seat per month than Teams at each tier, but follows the same discount model.

For example, if your Teams plan has 40 seats: seats 1–30 cost $16 each per month, and seats 31–40 cost $14.50 each per month.

You can add seats and view your total cost anytime from Settings → Billing. Discounts apply automatically.

The Enterprise plan is best for large organizations with advanced security, compliance, and support needs. With the Enterprise plan, you can:

Choose the Enterprise plan if your organization requires SSO, audit logging, dedicated implementation support, or the full Salesforce routing suite.
